We want you to be fully satisfied with every items you purchase from Yoke & Theam.                 
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:                 
- All items must be unworn and their out soles must be clean and in their original condition.                
- All Items must be in their original packaging.                
- You must include the original invoice.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for promotion items or items purchased during promotion period.                
Items can only be returned for a refund. If you required to exchange for a different style/colour/size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. Please follow the steps below to return your item.
Book a return request HEREFrom there, select your preferred Postco location to return. Fill in the return information and customer information. Click Book Return. You will then receive a return code.
Fill in the return label included in your parcel. Indicate the return reason and Postco return code from step 1. If you did not receive the return label in the parcel, please send an email to customerservice@yokentheam.com. 
Pack the item/s in its original condition along with the invoice in a secured plastic bag/box. Attach the return label on the outside of the parcel and make sure you've filled in your personal details and Postco return code. Now, you're ready to drop it off at your selected Postco location.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on any international orders. You need to pay for the items to be shipped back to Malaysia. It is best to courier the package with a carrier that can include tracking and insurance as we will not be responsible for any lost and stolen items.

Provide your order # Tell us a reason you wanted to return or exchange the item and provide us the tracking number from the carrier once the item has been shipped out. Once they have been received by courier, we will then inspect the item to confirm whether it has passed our requirement, you will then be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should be credited directly to your paypal account. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If you would like to exchange for a different size, colour or style, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
