If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn and their out soles must be clean and in their original condition.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original invoice.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on any international orders. You need to pay for the items to be shipped back to Malaysia. It is best to courier the package with a carrier that can include tracking and insurance as we will not be responsible for any lost and stolen items.
In order to process a return or exchange request, write to us at email@example.com with information below:
|Provide your order #||Tell us a reason you wanted to return or exchange the item and provide us the tracking number from the carrier once the item has been shipped out.||Once they have been received by courier, we will then inspect the item to confirm whether it has passed our requirement, you will then be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should be credited directly to your paypal account. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If you would like to exchange for a different size, colour or style, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.|
